BECOME A SPELLBINDERS ® STORYTELLER

If you love children and stories, harbor a desire to develop your innate storytelling ability,  want to ignite  the imagination of kids and listeners of all ages with great stories, check out Boulder Valley Spellbinders  upcoming training  BECOME A SPELLBINDERS ® STORYTELLER.

In 4 sessions, you’ll learn how to share the rich oral tradition of tales that teach and enchant.  You’ll learn how to craft (not read or memorize!)  many types of stories (fables, folktales, and fairy tales) and will have access to extensive collections of stories and online resources.  You’ll also be learning how to pass on wisdom, humor and life experiences through the spoken word.

If you yearn to make a difference and believe in community, we’d love for you to take your developed storytelling skill and volunteer in our Boulder Valley School District schools or in Boulder intergenerational settings.  Or, if you are motivated to use storytelling for yourself and your own kids or grandkids, you’ll love learning why storytelling is such a powerful way to connect the generations.
