Auditions for Boulder Children's Chorale

Join the Boulder Children’s Chorale for the 2015-2016 Season! From Monday, August 24, 2015 through Friday, September 4, 2015, we are holding auditions for our Children's Chorales (by appointment). Students in grades 1-8 are eligible. No preparation is necessary. Boulder Children's Chorale is a choir for treble voices. Boys whose voices have changed are ineligible.

Auditions will consist of:
For Preparatory Choir 2 and Bel Canto
Aural Recall
Rhythmic Recall
Tone Quality
Intonation
Harmony (Round)

For Bel Canto only
Rhythmic Reading
Melodic Reading
Scales
Chordal Harmony

Boulder Children’s Chorale is a performing group. Members are expected to purchase the performance attire and participate in all concerts.
