Client Services Coordinator with Ignite Adaptive Sports at Eldora

Work with the Ignite Adaptive Sports, an established, fun, volunteer driven nonprofit organization providing snowsports to people with disabilities at Eldora Mountain Resort. The Client Services Coordinator we are seeking is a detail-oriented, creative person who has the ability to learn skills quickly, is comfortable working with a computer as a primary job function, and has a strong customer service orientation.

Summary: 
This position supports the daily operations and client services for Ignite Adaptive Sports. Primary responsibilities include data entry and management, with quality control to ensure accuracy of client records related to lesson registration, attendance, payments and web-based communications. 

Reports to: 
Executive Director and coordinates with the Finance Director. 

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure our students and their caregivers are greeted in a kind and friendly manner. 
2. Provides information and resources that allow our students to get to their lessons on time. 
3. Maintain all volunteer staff, and students, financial and compliance records. 
4. Oversees preparation and ensures safe keeping of volunteer staff and student profiles and compliance documents.
5. Reconcile daily receipts and send reports to the Finance Director, daily. 
6. In conjunction with the Finance Director train Client Services volunteers to handle all financial transactions including recording of these transactions in hard copy and computerized formats.
7. Leads the team of Client Services volunteers who serve as customer service staff on instruction days.
8. Train Client Services volunteers on procedures to input details for student attendance, volunteer hours, and types of instruction provided, safety incident reports and related reports as required. Provide training in housekeeping, facility safety and security.
9. Coordinates with the Program Director and Scheduler to ensure sufficient Client Services volunteers are scheduled for normal instruction days.


Qualifications and Skills:

Essential Skills:
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills
• Database management; data entry, ability to learn data processing techniques for Ignite's on-line registration system
• Attention to details
• Knowledge of basic office systems.
• Motivated self-starter
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Represents Ignite in a positive and professional manner.
• Demonstrates respect, interest, compassion and caring for program participants, volunteers, caregivers and the community.
• Proficiency with MS Office- Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Pay range: $9.50-13.50 per hour 30-32 hours per week (Thursday -- Sunday)
Training dates: December TBD
Scheduled position starts December 31 and goes thru early April.
