Artist studio space and workshop available (Boulder) 

We have several spaces available for immediate and future artist studio workshop space. We are in a great industrial space off of 55th and Valmont behind the Goat coffee shop conveniently next to the post office. We are a group of artist, craftsman and all around creative types. This 2000 square foot space is designed as a very open work area but each individual has there own area as well. Well lit, heated, airconditioned and lots of tools. We share some tools but also all have our own as well. Looking for several people to share a large space or can have their own, or one person can have a large space. Community space up front is very large, open and usable... Perfect studio for projects too messy for home DIY. Would also consider renting on a daily basis to the right person.
I am a full time artist and here almost all the time. Several of the others are here working in the studio when they can. Great creative energy and very affordable for Boulder.  $350-$600 per month includes all utilities, WiFi, compressed air and use of several tools on site. The price depends on a full or shared space. Either option gives full access to the studio. We currently have a gallery showroom and are hopefully enlarging to some additional space next door when it becomes available!
