Call for Poets in Lafayette (See & Respond) deadline extended

Call for Artists and Poets!  The Lafayette Cultural Resources announces a Call for  Poets for the 2016 See & Respond Art Show. This is an all ages opportunity.  Poets are invited to respond to any of the 2016 Art on the Street sculptures.  Artists and photographers are also invited to participate in the See & Respond Show. Poetry is due September 27; All other art due September 29.

Poets and 2-D artists of all kinds and all ages are invited to See & Respond to the 2016 Lafayette Colorado Art on the Street collection by writing poems or creating 2-D works of art in any medium that are inspired by any of the 2016 Art on the Street sculptures. Poetry is due September 27, 2016; all artwork is due September 29. Cash prizes will be awarded in three categories, and three age groups for this juried show: 2-D Art, Photography and Poetry.  More details are available at www.cityoflafayette.com/seeandrespond .
