Viva Brazil is a show featuring Brazilian folkloric music and dance presented by Alirio Silva and Luciana da Silva, two Brazilian performing artists residing in Colorado. Alirio and Luciana are opening auditions for dancers and percussionists interested in learning and performing different dances and rhythms from Brazil.
We are looking for people who are willing to learn a variety of dance choreographies and music from Brazil and are committed to rehearse every Sunday morning from 10 am to 12pm in Boulder.
We will be presenting shows in Boulder and Colorado Springs in October/November 2017 in prestigious theaters.
Rehearsals are going to be held at Kakes studios in Boulder on April 30th 2017.
Rehearsals are open for all levels and gender of dancers from age 13.
If you are passionate about Brazilian culture and would like to learn authentic dances and music and perform, this is an excellent opportunity.
