Wheel Throwing

8 Week Session // Adult // Mondays, 6:30-8:30pm // August 21st – October 16th // No Class September 4th // $245 tuition + $25 materials fee

Experience the magic of working on the potter’s wheel by learning the basics of centering, throwing bowls and cylinders, pulling handles, trimming and glazing to create your very own masterpieces.  More advanced techniques and demos will also be offered for intermediate throwers. All pieces will be fired and glazed with dinnerware safe glazes--suitable for eating or drinking out of, or putting into the dishwasher and microwave. This is an 8-week course for adults.
