Auditorium and Event Manager

The diverse and growing City of Longmont, CO is seeking to fill the position of Auditorium and Event Manager, responsible for overseeing the dynamic activities in the Stewart Auditorium, Swan Atrium, and Kaiser Permanente Education Center at the Longmont Museum. Must be enthusiastic and responsive to public needs. Lead the development of relevant and successful auditorium programming, including collaborations with community partners. Manage facility rentals with savvy customer service skills and a keen understanding of AV technologies. Thrive in an active, multi-tasking environment. We need an energetic organizer with a passion for coordinating vibrant community events, and someone who is a creative planner interested in bringing quality performing arts to the public

Requirements

Applicants are required to have any combination of experience and education equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university plus two to three years of experience in event management, performing arts productions & programming, and/or facility rentals. AV technical experience preferred.
