The Boulder County Artist in Residence program is a pilot collaboration with Boulder County Arts Alliance (BCAA), Affordable Housing Alliance(AHA) and Eldorado Springs Art Center (ESAC). Spacious and comfortable artist live/work space is available for 1 - 2 month residencies. In addition to dedicated time and space to make art, artists will have the opportunity to engage with other artists and arts patrons and participate in a variety of community outreach activities. If the current pilot should be successful, AHA would fund some or all of the housing fee for income eligible participants. BCAA, AHA and ESAC are pleased to announce visual artist, Lio Bumbakini, as the first artist to participe in the pilot program.
This opportunity is by application only and one artist will be selected for each residency. Check the BCAA website for application information in the upcoming weeks. In the meantime, email info@bouldercountyarts.org with questions.
ESAC is a small and vibrant artist community, in Eldorado Canyon, CO, that was established over 20 years ago, providing
studio space as well as living accommodations for artists.
