The Building
Tumbleweed Art Collective is a new studio/boutique/classroom space available at 1333 Coffman St. in Longmont Colorado.
We currently have artist studio space available to rent.
Studios are rented with a 3 month trail period that can be extended to a 1 year lease.
Studios range in size starting at 120 sqft and up.
All utilities are included.
Parking
Dedicated parking in the front and sides of building.
Security
Security system in use. Artists have 24/7 access through a keypad system.
Boutique will be armed after hours.
