The Space
Three art classroom/ workshop rooms are available for hourly/daily/multiple day rentals. Many tables and chairs are available for use. Restroom, kitchenette and sink room are available.
The 'Drawing Room' is approximately 595 square ft, conrete floors, easels and drawing horses available for use.
The "Gallery Room" is approximately 535 square feet, carpeted floors, includes a demonstration counter top.
The "Nook Room" is approximately 225 square feet, carpeted, includes a couch and chairs for more intimate gatherings.

The Building
Tumbleweed Art Collective is a new studio/boutique/classroom space available at 1333 Coffman St. in Longmont Colorado.
We currently have artist studio space available to rent.
Studios are rented with a 3 month trail period that can be extended to a 1 year lease.
Studios range in size starting at 120 sqft and up.
All utilities are included.
