The goal of this training is to foster culturally competent leaders and facilitators who will be effective in working within the arts community in Boulder County. Present at the sesssion will be BCAA Board members, BCAA grant panelists, Community Foundation and SCFD representatives, as well as Boulder Arts Commissioners.

The workshop will be led by Johanna B. Maes, Ph.D, faculty with the Ethnic Living and Learning Community Program at University of Colorado Boulder.
